An interpretation of one of the villains/nightmares from Evil Hat Productions' tabletop RPG, 'Don't Rest Your Head'. (Which could honestly work very well for a videogame adaptation, in my personal opinion)
The official sourcebook does not contain much in the way of art or illustrations, instead relying on text descriptions of enemies (which also makes for interesting character prompts, and allows a lot of room for creative embellishment):
The official description of 'The Tacks Man' is that he wears a suit, has needle-sharp fingers, a push-pin for a head, and that he stalks player characters who catch his interest, usually taking away symbolic or intangible aspects of the victim if they get caught (memories, names, ideas, etc. The setting mostly works off of dream logic.)
