Faerie Fantasy: Jack The Ripper

I wanted to remake an old character to compare my skills from then to now.
Since it's the spooky month of October, Jack seemed like a good pick.

Total TIme Spent: definitely less than 40 hours... maybe somewhere around 30-ish?
